Together with incredible teams, I have led innovations in the public sector that have improved services, renewed programs, and delivered infrastructure that improves quality of life while remaining financially sustainable.

JWR Innovation was borne out of the requests from colleagues, collaborators, and leaders who recognized the need for creative, pragrmatic training, strategic thinking, and inspirational problem solving. We are not like other consulting firms because our objective is not to create replicable, 'one-size-fits' all results. Each engagement is unique and we would have it no other way. Our passion is not for innovation's sake, but to deploy the tools, frameworks, and facilitation that allow leaders to unlock their own and their organization's full creative potential.
